I started Qtap after watching independent cafes and barbershops in Doha lose repeat customers to chain loyalty programs. Starbucks gets an app with points, push notifications, and retention data. The corner coffee shop gets nothing. That gap bothered me enough to build something about it. Qtap is a digital loyalty platform for independent small businesses. Customers earn stamps or points with a single NFC tap or QR scan. Merchants get a dashboard that tracks visit patterns, repeat rates, and at-risk customers through a built-in AI churn prediction engine.
