I've led projects and organisations on local, national, and international levels, and the recurring focus of my work is on building a strong, supportive and inclusive communities. I integrate design thinking into my project design and workshop facilitation and I bring a strong focus on implementation and sustainability to my projects. I am particularly interested in supporting emerging leaders, ethical governance, and building positive organisational cultures.
