I cofounded Blooloop.com which is an online resource for professionals working in museums, theme parks, zoos and other location based experiences. Blooloop is 20 years old and covers news, projects, trends etc. We write about the evolution of the guest/visitor experience, in particular how this is being shaped by new technology and the impact of new immersive attractions, interviewing key players in the sector. Recent interviews include the director of The Getty, the president of Disneyland Paris, the director of The V&A and many more. We also run our annual Innovation Awards which champion creativity and highlight new technologies, designs and initiatives. Previous winners include Weta Workshop, Disney, National Geographic and Panasonic.
