Before Daniel ever picked up an otoscope, he knew what it felt like to sit in your chair. As a child, he endured relentless ear infections, multiple surgeries, and years wearing hearing aids. He’s been the nervous kid in the waiting room and the relieved patient finally hearing clearly again. That experience was transformative. It led him to study Audiology at UCL, graduating in 2013. After roles in NHS hospitals and a short stint with a global hearing aid company (where sales mattered more than care), Daniel joined Hearing Healthcare Centre in 2014.
