Ed has spent twenty years as an executive for some of the world's leading technology companies. He began his career in academia earning his doctoral degree before diving into industry, venture capital, and start ups. Along the way, Ed led teams and organizations focused on designing, developing, shipping, and scaling new technologies for Yahoo!, Microsoft, Microsoft Research, and Google. He has founded four products that he moved from zero to one, delivering value at global scale. He also led, and evolved global organizations to advance, apply, and scale artificial intelligence. He serves as Vice President of Strategy for the Edge AI Foundation, engaging with academic thought leaders, industry executives, venture capitalists, and start up partners.
