She is the author of "The Drinking Curriculum: A Cultural History of Childhood and Alcohol," Graphic Girlhoods: Visualizing Education and Violence," and co-author of "Witnessing Girlhood." She edited "Rethinking Popular Culture and Media" for Rethinking Schools.
