I'm a psychotherapist and former founder who is now offering leadership coaching to executives and teams. After ten years in a solo private counseling practice, I co-founded an agency focused on training newbie therapists in the ways of excellent clinical engagement in concert with smart business practices. It was a huge success. After opening 5 locations serving more than a 1,000 clients a week, developing a proprietary practice management software, and 11 years of being employers, we successfully took the agency to market. I bring all of that experience to my coaching practice, helping senior executives grow into more effective leaders.
