I found my passion for Projects and Change in Insurance while creating Operational Efficiency and Process Improvements in Operations.I spent the last 3 years working in projects, from working in Scrum teams, to managing international Agile projects involving off-shore and on-shore teams, managing stakeholders at all levels in the organisation, as well as across geographical areas in the UK, EU and US. I have managed Regulatory projects and played an integral part in PMO teams, contributing to improving Governance processes and implementing Change.I am now open to taking my experience, social skills, and my ability to deliver results to clients looking for a reliable Project Manager.
