Kellie Day, Mixed Media Artist Kellie Day is a Mixed Media Artist and Art Mentor whose work fuses wild adventure, soulful subjects, and richly layered collage into vibrant visions of the American southwest. Growing up in midwestern industrial towns with a power-plant-building father and an artist mother, she learned early how grit and imagination can coexist—and has spent her life proving it. As a former US Forest Service Ranger and Wildland Firefighter, she has climbed remote peaks, surveyed Alaskan rainforests, and patrolled Wilderness trails, experiences that now pulse through her paintings and teaching.
