Michael is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate, leading the Personal Injury team through a period of significant growth. He specialises in personal injury and professional negligence claims and can appear in Scotland’s highest courts. He also represents clients in Fatal Accident Inquiries, licensing and appeal hearings, tribunals, and criminal cases. Accredited by the Law Society as a personal injury specialist, Michael is a member of its Pursuer’s Panel for professional negligence claims. He contributed to Jones Whyte’s 2021 ‘Firm of the Year’ wins and its ongoing success as one of Scotland’s fastest-growing law firms.
