Having studied business management at the University of Lethbridge and working part time in construction and painting, I put the two together to start Flippin' Fantastic as a house flipper and have evolved into Earnest Inc. Working in various aspects of real estate over the years I now concentrate on purchasing performing and non performing notes in the US. Doing this allows me to have much more flexibility by owning the paper and not the house.
