I am a Qi Gong instructor and guide specialising in nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and embodied awareness. My work supports people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from their bodies. Many of the individuals I work with find traditional approaches such as meditation difficult, as stillness can increase internal pressure rather than relieve it. Qi Gong offers a different entry point through gentle movement, breath, and awareness.
