Dr. Rachel Dzombak serves as the Distinguished Service Professor of Design and Innovation and Sr. Innovation Advisor at Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Rachel Dzombak is a strategist, researcher, and educator. Her work is focused at the intersection of innovation, emerging technology, and public sector impact.
