* 7 years as a quality assurance assistant manager supervising over 18 employees in this time frame. * Over 10 years experience providing quality assurance in applications for customer relationship management (CRM), inventory management, scheduling, billing, and commissions. * Qualified in manual and automated test plans/cases development, execution and analysis. * 7 years in computer programming with such languages as C#, C++, ASP.NET, and PHP. * Experience in ITIL Change Management (ITIL Foundation certified) * CMM experience Specialties: An accomplished Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including: requirements, design, analysis, testing, and maintenance/support.
