Sam Chapman is a nationally recognized expert in state-level psychedelic policy and the Executive Director of the Center for Psychedelic Policy. With more than a decade of experience advancing drug policy reform, Sam led the campaign for Oregon’s Measure 109—the nation’s first licensed and regulated psilocybin therapy program—and later helped guide its implementation.
