Subechya Person is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Fairly.com, where she leads product strategy and design for the vacation rental management platform that emerged from stealth in December 2024 with $10.1 million in funding. She previously spent nearly five years at Vacasa, rising from Senior Product Manager to Vice President of Product and Design, and helped guide the company's product organization through its 2021 public offering at a $4.4 billion valuation. Earlier in her career, she was a product manager at Apartment List and BloomBoard, and spent five years as a senior analyst at Analysis Group conducting econometric research and data-driven analysis. She holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Macalester College.
