* US citizen * 15 years of grant management and compliance experience with donor-funded projects, working for international consulting companies and non-government organizations like BRAC, Humanity & Inclusion, Save The Children, CARE, IREX, Booz Allen Hamilton * Excellent English language skills * Strong computer skills (web development and web publishing, experience in conducting computer trainings)
