After teaching English as a second language for four and a half years in South Korea, I am looking to push myself and focus my analytical, research-oriented mind on how to better serve a company that values and pushes their employees to succeed.My capacity for problem identification and solution application have proven to be valuable assets in my occupational undertakings. As the head native English teacher at my academy, I was able to not only identify the problems my students were having with learning a new language, but I was able to help my fellow teachers find their confidence as well.
