Find what fuels your fire and make it your niche! It may be something that you never considered or it may be something you've dreamed of for a long time. For me, I never thought I'd spend all day talking about feet but here I am leading a global education company with a specialty in foot biomechanics. And you know what? I LOVE IT! And when you love what you do, your patients feel it too. Dr. Jen Perez COO of Gait Happens Owner of Kinetic Chiropractic IG @gaithappens
As someone who absolutely did not like their job when first graduating from chiropractic school, I would tell new graduates to not chase the money but chase the technique. Do the technique and practice style that you love. Have a "why" for studying chiropractic and also a "why" for practicing chiropractic. Keep studying and keep practicing. Keep studying to further your passion and to have the drive that you did as a student. You will have wins and losses as a chiropractor. You gain more experience from the losses than the wins.
