It's my personal experience that I've faced recently. After completing my PG in Investment banking, I joined a well-reputed firm. Here, we're pressurised to give priority to profits over the well-being of clients. This was a complete shock for me, given what I'd learned in the institute. To deal with it, I left the firm and opened my own firm. Currently, I'm working on a small scale, but happy that I don't have to compromise on my ethics over profit.
