I started working with a company learning real, site finished hardwood floors in 1991. I loved the work and started Burleson de Lago Hardwood Floors in 2001. Then as manufactured flooring started to dominate the market I also started The Habitat Heroes in 2015, to diversify.With The Habitat Heroes we started out as a handyman business, and that did well, but It was kind of a pain to try and be really good at all different kinds of home improvement and repair work. We still provide some handyman services but now our main focus is all types of flooring work and interior painting, and drywall repair.
