When I was 18 I remember saying, "I want to help people become who they are." I've been following that path ever since. In the process of supporting others, I'm learning what it means for me as well. The truth of the statement "life is the greatest teacher" resonates deeply for me. In addition to my work experience, I'm practitioner of learning to live more presently and fully in heart, mind and body through running, dancing, laughing, living, silence.
