Navigating the complexities of modern food choices is complex. My research delves into eating behaviours and habits, focusing on Food Literacy – the crucial skills, knowledge, and behaviours that empower individuals and populations to make informed food decisions. In today's information-saturated world, access to knowledge isn't enough; understanding the 'how' and 'why' behind food choices is key to fostering healthy, sustainable habits. I believe food should be a source of joy – from preparation and shared meals to the satisfying feeling of satiety. And yes, I love all food.
