Andy Gibbs

Andy began working construction at an age when most kids were still riding bikes - back in the mid 1970s - learning firsthand that craftsmanship, judgment, and accountability are built one decision at a time. By his early twenties, he was balancing service as a U.S. Army combat medic with hands-on framing and structural work, including building roof trusses after hours. He co-founded a remodeling business in Central Texas with fellow first responders, focused on keeping homeowners out of trouble through clear planning and disciplined execution. Following military service, Andy earned a degree in Architectural Engineering and later an MBA.
