I spent 13 years building one of Liverpool’s most recognised restaurants, Casa Italia, into an award-winning institution. I know the hospitality industry from the inside, the margins, the madness, and the missed opportunities that come from clunky, expensive tech that wasn’t built by people who’ve ever run a shift. That frustration is what led me to build Ayra. After moving into the technology sector, I identified a gap in how restaurants attract and convert customers online and built an AI-powered platform to fix it.
