Ashley is an experienced program manager and facilitator who uses her content expertise within; sexuality, racial equity, social justice, and LGBTQ+ health and advocacy to bring to life organizational values. Ashley leverages her people skills developed from over nine years in the retail and fashion industry to build stakeholder rapport and community engagement. The fashion industry also taught Ashley how to utilize vision boards and color theory which she applies to app and website design. Ashley‘s world view of equity first gives her a unmatched perspective when developing diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs.
