Brett began his career more than 20 years ago in institutional multifamily acquisitions. He led the acquisition and closing of over $6 billion in multifamily investments, covering more than 37,000 apartment units and gaining hands-on experience across the full investment life cycle. Eventually, Brett shifted his focus to investing locally in Denver, Colorado. He founded New Era Home Buyers and now concentrates on fix and flips, buy-and-hold rentals, and wholesaling off-market deals to other investors. He’s also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado.
