Hi! I'm Cailean (pronounced Kay-lynn, it's Gaelic). Thank you for visiting my LinkedIn page. Although I began my career as an NCAA Division I soccer coach, my contributions were about more than athletics. I spent my time mentoring, recruiting, and encouraging academic growth. The average GPA on my teams was over 3.0, and I genuinely believe that as people, it is important to develop as well-rounded individuals.
