I founded Authentic Social in 2016 after writing my undergraduate sociology honors thesis on how digital communication affects relationships and social interaction. Authentic Social creates and implements sociotechnical systems strategies for business-to-business technology companies and law firms, starting with each organization’s approach to digital and physical conversation. Concurrently, I am conducting ongoing independent sociological research, with a focus in technology's effect on conversation and sociotechnical systems. Some further areas of focus include the future of work & artificial intelligence and human interaction.
