I am an empathetic listener who supports others to see possibilities and shape ideas that can solve challenging problems and achieve meaningful outcomes, especially on behalf of people. Currently, I apply this by training, coaching, and supporting teams of educators around systems, evidence-based practice for students with disabilities, behavior, and social-emotional well-being. I maintain a close relationship with the academic community both to maintain a strong understanding of the current evidence base and to contribute to learning and thought in my field.
