Christa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with a passion for supporting women’s mental health, healing, and personal growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. In addition to her clinical work, Christa is a Usui Reiki Master, certified Auricular Acu-Technician, and a life and mindset coach. She blends her background in psychology, energy healing, and spiritual practices to guide women in overcoming challenges, shifting limiting beliefs, and cultivating self-compassion.
