So, it is no surprise I am considered very business-minded when it comes to advising my clients, whether it is about the acquisition of another company, the purchase of real estate, the negotiation of a commercial lease, or the setting up of a new business venture. While in law school, I gained valuable experience interning with the second largest CPA firm in the United States, the federal government, and a national non-profit organization.
