My competitive sprit has been essential in helping grow a company from the ground up. Being able to help BoxUp pave the way for mass customization of custom printed boxes is rewarding and challenging. I never know what each day brings and that is what is exciting. When being part of a new company, you get to learn a vast variety of tasks. What needs done today? Boxes printed, warehouse cleaned, marketing, or social media? As I have helped grow the company to where it is today, it is gratifying knowing where we started and being a part of each improvement.
