Danielle T. Olander joined CytomX in 2014, and serves as senior vice president, of talent and systems development. She is accountable for optimizing talent, bringing organizational systems to life, and helping the organization to achieve our mission, vision, and values. As an industry innovator, she has developed a strategic plan that includes the creation of a system for aligning our corporate goals with our business strategy that has resulted in significant growth, scalability, and sustainability.
