Has worked on different assessment projects, which majorly include Assessment Centres, Strengths-Based Leadership Intervention, Multi-rater Feedback Surveys, Individual Profiling, and other Surveys. And is deeply passionate about connecting with individuals, understanding their perspectives and ideas, and learning about human behaviour.
