DeEtta Jones is a leading voice in shaping contemporary thinking and practice related to integrated and sustainable approaches to workplace culture, equity and inclusion. She is a speaker, author, coach, and strategist. In 2005, she launched DeEtta Jones and Associates to bring a new voice to the fields of leadership and management. Her signature 10-week course, the Inclusive Manager's Toolkit, annually engages thousands of people across the globe. DeEtta is a member of Executive Council of the National Small Business Association, Forbes Leadership Council, and Executive Board Member for Perspectives Charter School on the South Side of Chicago.
