Doug Van Soest was born in Colorado Springs and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico. After high school, he moved to Southern California where he met his wife Andrea, who shares his entrepreneurial drive. As newlyweds, Doug and Andrea relocated to Colorado and founded Mountain High Concessions, a kettle corn vendor that became the first popcorn vendor for the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium. After selling the business, they returned to Southern California to pursue real estate. Over the past 25 years, Doug has built extensive experience in the real estate industry. He worked as a California Certified Residential Appraiser from 2003-2010.
