Dr. Caroline Fraissinet is an organizational change specialist and career development expert who bridges the gap between traditional career services and mental health-informed workplace practices. With an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC and over 7 years directing career programs at the university level, she brings both academic rigor and practical insight to conversations about the future of work.
