Dr. Christopher Kaufman

Dr. Kaufman has been training executive teams for over 30 years. From founding an interactive TV network startup to leading 7 figure technology solutions to Fortune 100 companies, Dr. Kaufman has lived and studied the science of gravitas and guided leaders through organizational dysfunction for decades. Dr. Kaufman has a doctorate in Organizational Learning & Leadership from Vanderbilt University and a 2 masters degrees with one from Cornell University. He studied human interactions combining sociology with human complex systems at UCLA. He is a published author, keynote speaker, college professor, and corporate trainer. Despite the experience, he just enjoys working with executives & teams who want to achieve excellence in the face of dysfunction.
