I am passionate about new innovation in food allergies (including food immunotherapy), severe asthma and eczema, long Covid, and hereditary angioedema. I Co-Founded Global Food Therapy and Food Allergy Support Team to further training of doctors to safely and effectively implement food allergy treatment in their clinical practice. I also Co-founded a software company, OITConnect, which connects doctors doing food allergy treatment with their patients. It is software that is integrated with a patient app to enhance efficiency, safety, and documentation. I have been named amongst the "Top Doctor's" and "Who's who" doctor awards including Most Compassionate Doctor.
