I received my doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Rice University. I now lead Learning and Innovation at Deutser, an organization of consultants and creatives designing positive change for organizations through data-based, innovative, human approaches. My research focuses on belonging, inclusive leadership, team and individual performance, and well-being in organizations. I have co-authored 16 peer-reviewed publications, presented my research at major conferences including the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and Academy of Management annual meetings, and earned a 3.9 cumulative GPA at Rice.
