I am a former associate professor of postcolonial and cross-cultural literature with expertise in teaching, qualitative research and writing, project management, and public speaking. I am also a trained UX Researcher, Usability Expert, Content Specialist, and a certified life coach. I am proficient in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Japanese and have working knowledge of Farsi and Arabic.
