I help ambitious adults live an intentional life by guiding them through fears and blocks to overcome illness, deepen relationships and unlock creative potential through individual and group work. I completed my training and licensure hours at New York City’s largest private trauma clinic where I saw patients referred by physicians and attorneys immediately following a traumatic accident or incident. Prior to counseling, I taught yoga, meditation, and breath work after leaving an eight year career in corporate law supporting the professional development of attorneys.
