Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, I am a three time Arizona State University graduate. I moved to Arizona from Boone, North Carolina, after finishing my high school education at American Academy for Girls, in Istanbul. Having worked in HR in various industries for over 20 years, I am a seasoned Human Resources Professional with comprehensive experience in employee relations, performance management, HR policy development, compliance, benefits and leave administration, talent acquisition and on-boarding, training and payroll. I am passionate about reading and travel, domestically and internationally.
