Graduating with a BS degree in Architecture, cum laude, and a Diploma of Higher Education in Conservation & Sustainability from Griffiths College, Dublin, Francis has worked as a Design Architect for Aidea Philippines (one of the top 100 architectural firms in the world). He was later seconded to Brussels, working with Procter & Gamble (P&G) Architecture & Design for their Europe, Middle East and African portfolio (as architect, co-project manager, brand specialist and graphic designer).
