I believe two things to be true: 𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙣, 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩-𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨. And, if leadership is about moving people to places they wouldn’t necessarily go, then 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨.By nature, engineers are fascinated with how things work and seek to improve them — tinkering with technology and machines.
