I’m a licensed clinical social worker, based out of Oklahoma, and I specialize in working with women who feel “out of place” in their own lives—smart, sensitive, self-aware women who are navigating trauma, identity shifts, neurodivergence, or the lingering impact of toxic relationships. My practice focuses on the deep work: EMDR, attachment wounds, and values-driven healing.
