A little bit about me... Throughout the years I have dedicated my life to listening to people. After thousands of conversations, I have realized that achieving success is not a matter of perfection, it is a matter of suitability.  It is finding the best fit for a certain situation at a certain point in time.  Practicing active listening and observation, I have thrived in challenging projects in 3 different countries and several industries such as renewable energy, construction, technology, healthcare, banking, manufacturing, supply chain, between others.  I always work towards connecting people and opportunities. My role is still not other than helping companies and talent by listening and understanding what would suit them best. Looking forward to connecting!
