I chose healthcare because it lets me use business analysis to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, all while working in a high-stakes field that constantly challenges me to rise to the occasion. In September 2025, I took part in WHX Tech 2025 in Dubai, where I spoke about the practical implementation of AI-powered agents for patient intake and triage, sharing real-world experience from ScienceSoft. During the event, I also engaged with healthcare leaders and media to discuss the tangible impact of AI on patient flow and the challenges of scaling these solutions in clinical settings.
