Ian is a senior associate within KPMG’s Finance Strategy group with a focus on driving performance improvement, integration, and diligence efforts for both private equity and strategic clients. His experience centers around performing functional capability assessments to advise clients on how to develop and manage Finance strategies. Ian also helps clients across industries achieve financial and operational goals through target organization design and operating model development, cost takeout analyses, and process redesign.
